Youth and Family Alternatives, Inc. is committed to working in a collaborative partnership with families and communities to establish and maintain a nurturing environment for children.  Its vision is to be a caring, innovative, solution-oriented child and family service organization offering leadership, expertise, and specialized services to meet the needs of Florida communities.

YFA provides a continuum of Community Based Care services that includes 24 hour placement, child welfare case management and adoption services to children aged 0 through 17 and their families, foster and adoptive home recruitment, training, and foster home licensing.
